The scope included the design, fabrication, and installation of custom interior blinds, weather-resistant outdoor canopies, and a comprehensive lighting infrastructure. Interior blinds were tailored for key areas such as the boardroom and executive spaces, balancing privacy, climate control, and design integration. The outdoor canopies enhanced comfort and usability in external areas, offering both shade and protection.

Simultaneously, BlueSkye designed, imported, and supplied high-performance lighting systems for both interior and exterior spaces, with special attention given to the tea tasting and blending zones. These lighting solutions ensured optimal visibility, precision, and ambiance—key to product quality and presentation.
