BlueSkye was proud to deliver the complete Design and Build of the new Head Office for Finlays Colombo Limited in Welisara. This modern commercial facility was constructed using a fully steel structural framework, exemplifying advanced engineering, efficient execution, and attention to detail.

To meet the building’s climate control needs, BlueSkye implemented a high-efficiency 48 HP Panasonic VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) system, featuring four (4) outdoor units serving both the ground and first-floor office spaces. The system includes 26 cassette-type indoor units, ensuring consistent and energy-efficient cooling throughout the workspace.

The VRF system was selected for its zoned control, adaptability, and long-term energy savings, aligning with Finlays’ commitment to comfort, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

This project completed in 2022, highlights BlueSkye’s turnkey capabilities in commercial infrastructure delivery — seamlessly integrating Structural design, HVAC systems, and precision installation under one trusted partner.
